The
Main Room
Our oldest cabin, built in 1775, The Highlands has been carefully restored. The bricks in the fireplace were hand made, probably just after the War Between the States, by freed slaves working in a nearby brick yard at "Free Hollow". The Main Room is furnished with Queen sized sleeper sofa, pie safes, dining table and chairs, and an eclectic library of current magazines, books and outdoor guide books. |
