Celebration of Love
  • Begin by meditating with the symbol each day.
  • Imagine yourself sitting in it & notice what it feels like.
  • Find a sheet of paper thin enough to see through. Trace the symbol, then turn paper over and trace the image from the front side. Meditate with each side & notice any differences.
  • Trace symbol(s) with your finger, first the one hand then the other. Trace the opposite side of paper in the same way.
  • Picture it in the 'Sacred Space' of your Heart
  • Hold the paper or card between both hands when meditating.

    • By doing these, and others you may discover, you will begin to activate the vibration in your body's memory.

    REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE ... REMEMBER WHY YOU'RE HERE
